We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include a friendly and accommodating staff, excellent housekeeping, a buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and a prime location just a short walk from the bustling shopping district.
We didn't experience any negative aspects.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the friendly staff made our trip unforgettable. the breakfast selection was impressive, and the clean and well-equipped room with a view of the city added to our enjoyment. the turndown service was a nice touch, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
We wish the hotel had better signage to help direct taxis to the entrance.

The hotel staff was always friendly and ready to help. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from and the rooms were well cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel was located in a great spot, close to several shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of a major tourist attraction.
The hotel was somewhat difficult to locate, especially for taxi drivers who were not familiar with the area. The staff was not very proficient in communicating with non-Chinese speaking guests, which led to some confusion during my stay.

Spending the New Year at this hotel was an amazing experience. the staff was always willing to help and offered great services, including a wonderful breakfast and a well-stocked minibar. the hotel's prime location, close to the shopping district and with easy access to taxis, made it very convenient to move around and explore the city.
The challenging lighting system, as it was tough to figure out which switch controlled the room's lights. the hotel is situated on a one-way street corner, which made it difficult for some taxis to drop us off at the front entrance.
